student reflections..

  • I like the BE:LEaF program because you see and learn so much. Incredible things I saw were: a mushroom – it had a really cool pattern; some sprouts – they were so tiny and so cute! (Angela)

  • BE:LEaF was fun and I liked making things out of clay. I thought doing the sit-spots was cool because I got to see alot of mini ecosystems (Xander)

  • I heard the bushes, the breeze and the water in the creek (Harri)

  • I learnt that even the things that seem so small can become big (Jess)

  • I have seen turtles, fish, birds, amazing trees and leaves with psyllids. One thing I’m looking forward to is helping the REGEN LEGENDS. We will be.. weeding, planting, regenerating areas, picking up rubbish and loads more (Ben)

  • I saw cool shaped leaves, heaps of trees and some reflections in the cool flowing water (Rhys)

Warm-hearted thanks to you both for the enjoyable bush planting at the farm yesterday. It is always confidence-building to be guided by you in an experienced, exploratory kind of way. It was definitely engaging for people and plants, connecting and growing a place together.
